Full Council Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of the month at 7pm except for December, location of meeting will be advised on the agenda . Click here for the link to the meetings calendar where the document pack for each Full Council meeting can be accessed.
Meetings of the Parish Council take place on the last Wednesday of every month, except December. Here, the minutes of the previous meeting are approved, agenda items are discussed and decisions are voted on.
Members of the public are welcome to observe meetings of full council. Details of forthcoming meetings are posted on notice boards around West Dean Parish as well as on our website.
30 minutes prior to the start of the formal meeting are available for members of the public to make statements or ask questions on matters within the remit of the Council. For details of how the public session is conducted, please follow the link to the right ‘how the public open forum works’.
