Reason for the survey. In 2024 there will be a re-location of a range of services away from the survey area (GL15 & NP16). This survey is a joint effort between the Forum and the Forest Voluntary Action Forum to understand future healthcare needs. A findings based report will be published and presented to the NHS and Gloucestershire County Council Leaderships.
