Waste Collections on Bank Holiday
In light of the announcement of arrangements for the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the national bank holiday, I am emailing to let you know that all waste and recycling collections next week (week commencing 19 September) will now be running a day later than planned.
The only exception to the above, will be the garden waste collection due on Friday 23 September (which would have been rescheduled to Saturday 24 September). This collection has been cancelled due to limited resources to undertake collections on the weekend due to the short notice. Any household subscribed to the service and which would have been due a garden waste collection on Friday 23 September will be able to put out extra garden waste on their next collection (Friday 7 October).
